Menus are priced per person, and bigger groups get a lower rate. Services marked "on request" are quoted with your invoice.

Timing. Requests submitted less than 7 days before arrival depend on vendor availability. Chef menus need 24 hours' notice. Payment. Once we confirm availability, we'll send one invoice. Full payment is due 7 days before arrival, and we book your services with our vendors as soon as it's received. Anything you add during your stay is invoiced separately. Gratuity. A 15–20% gratuity for our property manager and on-site team is customary at the end of your stay. It covers cleaning, meals, and overall service throughout your trip, and the team splits it evenly. It isn't included in the prices above and is left to your discretion.
